Reflecting on 7 Years of HDG

I can’t believe its been 7 years since Hibner Design Group was created. Starting a company is not the easiest of tasks as I have shared in my previous posts. There are a lot of sleepless nights with so many details and decisions to be made, which by the way constantly whirl around in my mind. We’ve worked on some amazing projects and have met so many new people. It’s important to me that I know what stage each project is in and that I have eyes on the product at each key point of the process. I swear I drive my team nuts but in the end it’s what makes us deliver a pretty damn good project. I am proud to have built our reputation on bringing personality to a space, going above and beyond for our clients, and building strong relationships.

I continue to grow as a human, a wife, a mom, a friend, and as a designer and business owner.
